The RTT® Journey

A structured overview – illustrated through a 30-day example

Here is how our work together unfolds, with each step building on the next.

1

First Getting-to-Know-You (Free Complimentary Conversation)

Before working together, we take time for a personal conversation.

  • You describe your current situation, ask questions, and get insight into my approach.
  • We clarify whether this method suits you.
  • You decide for or against collaboration calmly and in your own time.

Duration: approx. 30 minutes (online)

2

Preparation & Orientation

A structured questionnaire helps you reflect clearly on your situation.

In a follow-up conversation, we discuss your responses and set the session focus together.

3

The RTT® Session

We use guided relaxation to access inner images and memories more easily.

The goal: Notice recurring patterns more consciously and develop fresh perspectives.

You remain fully responsive and in control throughout.

Duration: approx. 1–2.5 hours (online)

4

Personalized Audio Recording

You receive a custom audio with impulses tied to the session content.

Most clients listen regularly over several weeks to reflect on and solidify insights.

Active engagement with the material forms a key element of the process.

5

Optional Coaching

Depending on your package, follow-up conversations may help clarify open questions and support the everyday application of your insights.

6

Follow-up Conversation

Three to four weeks post-session, we reconnect.

We reflect on your experiences and discuss sensible next steps for your path.
