First Connection
Before we begin working together, we’ll take time to connect and see if we’re a good fit. This initial free conversation provides space for you to ask questions, share your story, and explore whether my approach feels right for you.
It’s a no-pressure zone — simply a chance for us to connect honestly, for you to feel heard and supported, and to confirm that working together feels safe, empowering, and aligned.
Duration: approx. 30 minutes (via online video)

Preparation
Reflection begins with a simple intake form. This provides a clear opportunity for you to define what’s no longer serving you and where you want to grow.
You’ll define your vision for life beyond your current challenge and how you want to feel moving forward. Together, we’ll discuss your answers in a 30-minute preparation call to co-create the foundation for your fully personalized RTT® experience.

RTT® Session – Shift from Within
In your RTT® session, we gently access the subconscious to uncover and resolve limiting beliefs and emotional blocks at their root.
Through guided techniques and targeted, positive inner messages, we replace what no longer serves you with new, supportive inner beliefs.
This is a safe, judgment-free space. No blame. No guilt. Just clarity, freedom, and lasting change.
Duration: approx. 1–2.5 hours (held online)

Personalized Hypnosis Audio – Reinforce Your New Beliefs
After your RTT® session, you’ll receive a personalized hypnosis recording (approx. 20 minutes), carefully crafted to reflect your specific needs and breakthrough moments.
The audio contains positive, empowering inner messages, based on the change that took place during your session. To deepen and sustain the shift, please listen to the recording daily for at least 21 days.
This simple daily practice helps rewire old patterns and firmly anchor your new beliefs.

True, lasting change happens only through your active participation in the process. Listening to your personalized audio daily is your most important contribution to anchoring your new ways of thinking

Ongoing Coaching (Optional, Depending on Package)
Support your change by integrating your new mindset into everyday life.
Optional weekly coaching sessions (e.g., day 7, 14, 21).
These sessions provide consistent support during the 21-day listening period to help you stay on track, deepen your insights, and turn inner change into confident, empowered action.
Because real change doesn’t happen in one moment, it grows with you.

Continued Support & Integration Check
Approximately 3–4 weeks after your RTT® session, we’ll reconnect for a personal check-in (Follow-up).
This session offers space to reflect on your progress and integrate the shifts you’ve experienced. We’ll review your development and explore whether any additional support (such as a coaching package or another session) feels right for you at this stage.
This step supports your continued growth, helping you move forward with clarity, trust, and confidence.
