My work as a hypnotherapist is grounded in a clear medical foundation. My analytical background and clinical experience allow me to examine complex situations with precision – without rushing to judgment or reducing your experience to oversimplified explanations.
My Path to RTT®
My path hasn’t been a straight line. There were personal and professional seasons where things felt uncertain, and I had to take a closer look at my own journey.
In moments like those, it becomes clear how deeply inner patterns can shape our thoughts, feelings, and actions. You see how persistent certain beliefs can be – even when you’ve long understood them on a rational level.
I realized that meaningful change often requires more than just analysis. It requires access to the dynamics operating beneath the surface.
That is how I encountered Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®).
For me, it wasn’t a departure from medicine, but a meaningful extension: a structured approach that helps us make internal dynamics more visible and develop new perspectives.
If something in your life keeps resurfacing or feels unresolved, let’s explore it together.

From Functioning to Clarity – My Story
When “Getting By” Is No Longer Enough
There were times when I mostly just functioned.
I performed. I met expectations. I kept going.
I began with an engineering degree – analytical, structured, demanding. Medical school followed. I learned a great deal and achieved a lot. And yet, there were moments when I felt a persistent sense that something was missing.
Perhaps you know that feeling. On the outside, everything looks right – but on the inside, it doesn’t feel aligned.
The Desire to Understand More Deeply
Medicine sharpened my vision. It taught me to observe carefully, recognize connections, and think in a nuanced way.
Yet, over time, I realized that not everything can be explained through data, diagnoses, or logic alone. Especially when it comes to anxiety, internal blocks, or recurring patterns, we often need a different kind of access.
When Life Challenged Me Personally
There were also phases in my own life that were demanding. Periods of intense internal pressure. Relationships that required immense energy. The expectation to keep going – even when something within me was asking for change.
I began to look closer.
Small steps. Movement. Meditation. Reconnecting with myself.
Encountering RTT® became an important moment in that process. Not as a “quick fix,” but as a structured, comprehensible approach that helped me recognize my own internal patterns more clearly and engage with them differently.
What Shapes My Work Today
Today, I bring together medical experience, engineering clarity, and the structured approach of RTT®.
- As a physician (medical doctor), I consider physical and psychological aspects together.
- As an engineer, I approach complexity with clarity and structure.
- As an RTT® practitioner, I support you in looking at your situation from a different perspective – calmly, responsibly, and without making empty promises.
You May Recognize Yourself Here
Maybe you’ve been “functioning” for a long time. Carrying a heavy load. Holding everything together.
You may not be looking for more advice – but for an approach that goes deeper.
If you would like to better understand your situation and explore possible next steps, I would be glad to support you for part of that journey.
Let’s talk.
